I have worked in three different care facilities, agency and private. My duties included but were not limited to showering, dressing and toileting residents. I would cook them all three meals and do all of the cleaning needed. I would check and monitor blood sugars and administer insulin if needed. I also administered their medications. I greatly enjoy taking care of people who need the help and because I have had to do the same in my own family I am very compassionate and sympathetic to my residents and their families.
